General Warehouse

About the role

The Logistics Associate II supports daily warehouse and distribution operations by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, and shipment of products. This position performs inventory and order fulfillment functions while maintaining safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform repack picking activities to support customer order fulfillment.
• Stock and replenish inventory within repack areas to ensure product availability and workflow continuity.
• Prepare and process small parcel shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight preparation, including staging and shipment readiness.
• Support inventory control activities, including:
  • Cycle counting (non-driver)
  • Product relocation and re-slotting
  • Inventory accuracy initiatives
• Utilize RF scanning devices to complete transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate a manual pallet jack, as needed, to move products and materials safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Previous general warehouse experience.
• Stand-up forklift experience (for operator positions).
