About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Firearm Accessories Production Associates. No experience required; we provide training. The position is a Warehouse Production Assembler based in Cheyenne, WY.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture firearm accessories according to schematics, work instructions, and training guidelines.
• Perform production tasks using manual hand movements, small hand tools, and pneumatic tools.
• Utilize gripping, grasping, twisting, and other repetitive hand and wrist movements throughout the workday.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished products after assembly for shipment and distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and using hand and pneumatic tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Pay

• Morning shift (Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM): $16.08 per hour.
• Evening shift (Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM): $17.08 per hour.
• Overtime (OT) available and required as needed for both shifts.

Schedule

• Morning shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Evening shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
