General Warehouse Associate - Weekend

About the role

Arhaus is looking for dedicated individuals to join our weekend distribution center team. General Warehouse Associate IIs are responsible for all aspects of receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandise in support of the business.

Responsibilities

• Pull and Pick – Operate power mobile material handling equipment; retrieve items for delivery or picking and stage inventory accurately in assigned areas.
• Load – Load furniture into trucks for delivery to hubs, stores, and customer homes.
• Receive – Receive shipments from across the globe, check furniture and accessories shipments, unload, and rack in the distribution center.
• Package – Handle returns from stores and customers, and rack within the distribution center.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 150 lb with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a distribution and/or warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to build respectful and effective working relationships and collaborate with others.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Understanding of general work practices in distribution/warehousing, including unloading, loading, picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Willingness to adjust schedule and hours as needed to accommodate business needs/overtime.
• Demonstrated initiative and self‑starter attitude.
• High degree of integrity and honesty, with consistency between words and actions.

Pay

$19.00 per hour plus a $3.00 per hour weekend shift premium.

Schedule

Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
