General Warehouse Associate II - Days

Responsibilities

• Pull and Pick – Operate power mobile material handling equipment; retrieve all items for delivery or picking and stage inventory accurately in assigned areas.
• Load – Load furniture into trucks for delivery to hubs, stores, and customer homes.
• Receive – Receive shipments from across the globe, check furniture and accessories shipments, unload, and rack in the distribution center.
• Package – Handle returns from stores and customers, and rack within the distribution center.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 150 lb with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a distribution and/or warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to build respectful and effective working relationships and collaborate with others.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Understanding of general work practices in distribution/warehousing, including unloading, loading, picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Willingness to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed.
• Demonstrated initiative and self‑starter attitude.
• High degree of integrity and honesty.

Schedule

Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Pay

Competitive starting wage: $19.00 per hour.
