Essential functions and responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the environments we work in.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and equipment.
- Clean the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
- Maintain equipment in working condition and report any issues to management.
- Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation.
- Ensure security of company assets.

Qualifications
- Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.

- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

- May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
