Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe sanitary work environment and gain knowledge of proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations.
• Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy and policies and procedures.
• Avoid accepting only the highest standards of produce from food deliveries.
• Avoid accepting food that does not align with food hygiene regulations.
• Avoid accepting food that does not follow stock rotation systems.
• Clean service area and/or service points after service.
• Accurately store food items and equipment after service.

• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
• Courteous manner.
• Flexible approach to hours and duties.
