General Utility Maintenance Worker
Springfield, TN | Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
About the role
Bath Fitter is looking for a hands-on, self-sufficient maintenance professional who thrives working independently and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not a “sit and watch the clock” maintenance role. We need someone proactive, mechanically minded, and resourceful — someone who can move from project to project, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our facility running strong overnight. You’ll spend most of your time supporting facility maintenance projects while continuing to grow your skills alongside our Electromechanical Technician team.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair facility and production equipment
- Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and welding repairs
- Support preventive maintenance and improvement projects
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work independently during overnight operations
Requirements
- Maintenance, fabrication, or facility repair experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and lay out projects
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical systems
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated

Pay
$22.00–$24.00/hourly, $5.00 shift differential, increase after 90 days
