This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and other property damage. Responsibilities
- Assist with water damage mitigation, drying, and extraction on residential and commercial job sites
- Assist with Setting up, monitor, and break down drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters and other various items/tools
- Perform demolition tasks such as removing damaged drywall, flooring, and insulation(can also include tile, framing, cabinets, stairs etc)
- Load, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles(solo or assiting other team members)
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards on every job site(must be able to read and understand SOP's)
