General Superintendent - Plumbing/Piping

About the Role

Lead large, complex mechanical and plumbing projects where your experience directly shapes how the work gets built. You'll have the opportunity to influence execution strategy, labor planning, prefabrication, productivity, safety, and quality while developing the Superintendents, Foremen, and craft professionals who will lead what's next. RK's in-house fabrication, manufacturing, construction, and building services capabilities give our field leaders resources that many contractors simply don't have.

What You'll Lead

• Own field execution from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and turnover
• Turn project strategy into action across labor, schedule, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Lead and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and high-performing craft teams
• Partner with Project Management and Operations to solve problems before they impact the field
• Leverage prefabrication, technology, and planning to improve productivity and execution
• Set the standard for safety, quality, accountability, and craftsmanship
• Build trusted relationships with customers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive mechanical, plumbing, or industrial construction experience
• Plumbing and/or piping experience
• Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders
• Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments
• A track record of developing people and building accountable teams

Location: Cheyenne, WY
Pay: $110,000 to $180,000/year + Annual Incentive Bonus Eligibility
