About the role

The General Superintendent will oversee commercial drywall, metal framing, and ACT projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role involves managing on-site operations and coordinating with project teams in Jacksonville.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for interiors projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Oversee the training and development of on-site teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial walls/ceilings experience.
• 5+ years in a management role (Lead Super, Sr. Super, or General Super).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Four-year degree is preferred; equivalent time in role may suffice.
• Extensive experience leading interiors projects, ranging from $3M to $20M.

Pay

• Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000.
• Excellent year-end bonus.
