Responsibilities

• Lead 6-10 Superintendents
• Train and support Superintendents
• Oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects
• Implement and enforce ICRA training and construction protocols
• Coordinate and supervise the installation of MRI and CT machines
• Develop and maintain construction schedules
• Work closely with project stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Manage and resolve issues during construction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a superintendent role
• Proven experience with healthcare construction
• Remodels, renovations, ICRA training and construction, MRI and CT machine installation
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety practices
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Valid driver's license
