General Superintendent - Data Center Project

About the role

Overall site leadership and management of field operations on hyperscale data center projects.

Direct oversight of electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, architectural, and commissioning activities.

Managing large subcontractor workforces and coordinating multiple trade partners simultaneously.

Driving project schedules, milestone completion, and critical path execution.

Making daily owner, subcontractor, and superintendent coordination meetings.

Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Managing RFIs, field issues, sequencing, constructability reviews, and schedule recovery efforts.

Working directly with major technology clients such as Microsoft, Google, Meta, AWS, or other hyperscale owners.

Experience delivering projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars or larger.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Site General Superintendent experience.
• Experience on large-scale data center projects.
• Experience successfully leading field operations from site mobilization through owner turnover.
• Experience managing multiple discipline superintendents and coordinating all on-site activities.
• Stable work history & tenure.
