About the role
The successful candidate will lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients and team members
- Resolve issues and conflicts in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Skills
- Construction management software proficiency
- Project management tools such as Gantt charts
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Experience with contract negotiations
