About the role

Join the Titan Machinery team as General Store Support to assist with equipment sales, parts, service, and rental operations while ensuring a clean and welcoming dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Support sales excellence by assisting with equipment sales documentation, CRM data, equipment pickups, and customer field demonstrations.
• Aid in parts shipping, receiving, inventory, and service department administration.
• Assist with gathering accurate equipment details and photos for online advertisement.
• Help with warehouse organization, rental product displays, and light custodial tasks to maintain a top-tier dealership.
• Maintain a positive, clean, and inviting dealership for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
