General Store Attendant

About the Role

Create a sense of welcome and arrival for all guests, members, and owners. Our Retail Agents are fully versed in all aspects of the services and amenities provided by the resort. At Brasada Ranch, our retail outlets reflect the “Lifestyle” of the Ranch and the authenticity of our destinations. Showcase your passion for engaging service as a Retail Agent, where your warmth and knowledge of our offerings will assist guests in re-creating our exceptional dining experience in the Cabins and/or their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests and members.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of all products and address guest questions about them.
• Prepare specialty coffee drinks.
• Conduct all transactions on the point-of-sale terminal using the specific policies and procedures required.
• Maintain an organized, sanitary, and safe working area.
• Fully explain all resort products, services, and other information about the resort to guests and owners.
• Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities, hours of operation, and dining options.
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Coffee experience is not necessary; previous guest service and retail experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Works applications and/or Point-of-Sale System.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
