General Service Technician

About the role

We are an independent repair shop specializing in foreign and domestic repair and service. We are seeking an entry level Automotive Technician / Automotive Mechanic who enjoys working on cars and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and solutions
• Adhere to high standards of customer service and quality work

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• 6+ months of on-the-job experience in the automotive field
• (optional) European and Asian on-the-job experience
• Positive attitude
• At least 2-3 professional references

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a 5-day work week with no weekends
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
