General Service Technician
Hourly pay: $14–$16 for entry-level lube technicians, $17–$19 for General Service Technicians with 1 year of experience, and $19+ for those with 2 years of experience, all with commission opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Perform basic automotive services: oil changes, tire maintenance, vehicle inspections, brakes, alignments, and more.
- Assist fellow technicians and learn advanced skills.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain recommended services.
- Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience.
- Valid driver’s license or ID.
- State inspection license (preferred).
- Passion for automotive work and eagerness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work Monday–Saturday with one day off (5 days per week).
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50–80 lbs.
- Stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
- Work indoors or outdoors in varying conditions.
