About the role

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking motivated General Service Technicians to join our team. This position offers competitive hourly pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401k retirement plan, paid time off, and 5 paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services such as oil changes, tire maintenance, vehicle inspections, brakes, and alignments.
• Aid fellow technicians and learn advanced skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain recommended services.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in automotive or relevant classes.
• Valid driver's license or ID.
• State inspection license (can obtain while working).
• Passion for automotive work and eagerness to learn.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday with one day off (5-day full-time schedule).

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have physical capabilities to lift up to 50-80 lbs, stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements. They should also be able to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
