Maintains a safe working environment at all times utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintains fuel equipment
- troubleshoots, repairs, cleans and maintains gasoline dispensers and related equipment
- performs preventive maintenance and testing of the fuel system(s)
- changes nozzles, hoses, splashguards, filters, electronic circuit boards, and displays
Maintains HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Performs preventive maintenance service on equipment
Maintains site facilities
- Repairs equipment, doors, plumbing, floor tiles, painting, food service equipment
Maintains Point of Sale equipment, Frame Relay equipment, and safes
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and reprograms equipment
Work with regulatory agencies
- Maintain compliance of fueling equipment
Facilitates repairs
- Contact service vendors for materials and parts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance and/or telecommunications field (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Manual dexterity to operate equipment
- Absolutely requires ability to use power and hand tools
- Necessary basic hand tools
- Valid drivers’ license and insurable as a driver
- Share in after-hours on-call service functions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities
- Able to work independently in high priority, confidential and demanding business environment
Physical Demands
- Ability to crouch, crawl, push, pull, bend, stoop and/or reach
- Ability to carry, erect, and climb ladders
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds

$19.29 to $22.00 per hour
