Potential Areas of Interest
- Fabrication: Operating specialized machinery and tools to create HVAC components.
- Assembly: Building and finishing commercial units on our high-speed production lines.
- Warehouse & Logistics: Managing inventory, shipping/receiving, and material handling.
- Technical Support & Administration: Assisting our partners through warranty, sales, or applications support.
General Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and a willingness to learn new processes.
- Aptitude: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Reliability: A track record of consistent attendance and the ability to follow a set production schedule.
- Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Environment: Most production roles require working in a loud, non-climate controlled shop environment.
- Physicality: Many of our roles require the ability to stand for long periods and lift between 40–50 lbs depending on the department.
- Safety: All employees are required to follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean workstation.
