Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, responsibilities may include:

• Serving as a liaison between customers and sales/service departments
• Assisting customers with vehicle selection and purchase
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience in automotive sales or service is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
