General Production Worker

OW Lee is hiring dependable and hardworking General Production Workers for multiple departments throughout our manufacturing facility, including: Finishing (Powder Coating), Parts, Grinding & Strapping, Upholstery, Fire Pitt Assembly, Table Tops, and Packing.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Follow established work procedures and instructions
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently to help improve productivity
• Monitor machinery and report equipment issues promptly
• Ask questions and seek guidance when unsure of procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read either English or Spanish
• Basic math skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent use of hands and arms
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production setting
• Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts
• Possible exposure to hot or cold temperatures
