JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Follow internal assembly process documentation ensuring product meets internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Separate printed circuit boards from production panels.
- Manually insert through-hole components in accordance with IPC Class 2 Standards.
- Prepare wires and leads through cutting, clipping, and tinning processes.
- Prep raw components for secondary operations.
- Hand wash of finished printed circuit board assemblies.
- Properly label or mark circuit boards.
- Keep an accurate count of product at your workstation while inspecting every piece for defects.
- Glue, epoxy, mask and conformal coat circuit boards.
- Program and functionally test circuit boards.
- Package and box assemblies as required for shipping.
- Keep supplies stocked and preparing work area for the next shift.
- Follow all safety rules, including wearing protective gear when required.
- Ensure work area is kept clean and free of debris.
- Able to clean machines and production areas.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Physically able to work with hands, good dexterity with small parts and repetitive motion.
- Ability to see color and read small product labels.
- Ability to bend, kneel, etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of electronic components and equipment.
- Knowledge of IPC.
