General Production - Blender II/Cook - 2nd shift

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas | Schedule: Monday–Thursday and occasional Fridays, 10-hour shifts (3:30 PM–2:30 AM) | Starting pay: $19.49/hour + $1.00 shift differential

About the role

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 500 associates at our Fayetteville, AR Conagra plant producing Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production machines and equipment.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Supply production lines to maintain continuous product flow.
• Perform product quality checks to ensure our products meet consumer and company standards.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Requirements

• Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting boxes up to 40+ pounds, climbing stairs, and frequent use of hands and arms.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise.
• Commitment to safety—PPE is provided, including ear protection.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demand.

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
• Working in a manufacturing environment with high noise levels and varying temperatures.
