General Production (August 2026) NIGHT Shift-Grannis, AR

About the role

Positions are available on the night shift in various production departments, including First Processing, Packing, and Deboning. These roles require physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, gripping, and reaching. Repetitive wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements are common, and some roles require lifting 40 to 70 pounds. The work environment is cold, damp, or hot and humid, with slippery surfaces.

Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to Tyson's safety culture
• Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
• If previously employed at Tyson, a 180-day waiting period before reapplying is required
• Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods three or more times are not eligible for rehire

Pay

Start pay for hourly production is $16.75 per hour, with a $0.35 shift premium for night shift. Additional yield incentive is available for debone roles.
