General Production

Full-time position with the following shifts:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

About the role

Work in a production environment following all safety procedures, quality processes, and hitting targeted build rates.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes
• Ensure the product being built is built to spec and 100 % accurate
• Maintain the highest level of productivity to ensure 100 % on-time delivery to customers
• Maintain housekeeping standards of the plant
• Work as a team with all team members of the facility
• Perform day-to-day tasks such as assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to work safely, adhering to all safety processes and policies

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly on a regular basis
• Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours a day
• Bend, stand, squat, and twist repeatedly
• Loud environment requiring hearing protection
• Exposure to fumes or airborne particles
• Manufacturing facility with machinery and equipment
• Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, high or precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock
