General Production

About the role

JELD-WEN is seeking a General Production member to join their growing team. Duties may include operating machines, inspecting products, and performing various warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate small and large machines in the production of doors & windows
• Work on door & window assembly lines
• Inspect all product for quality
• Machining products for hardware installation
• Material preparation and material handling
• Staging and packaging finished product for delivery
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
• Work overtime as needed to satisfy customer demands

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required

Qualifications

• Proficient with hand tools (drills, staple guns, miter saw)
• Ability to read job tickets, job orders
• Attention to detail
• Open to cross training
