General Production

Responsibilities

• Gather necessary materials and use appropriate hand tools.
• Operate machinery and affix parts and support mechanisms to the product.
• Trim operations and paint rough and finished products.
• Wrap, box, stack, and package machined products, label and tally them accordingly.
• Make necessary repairs to the product and load them where applicable.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines, report safety hazards, and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including storage spaces.
• Ensure tools and equipment are safely stored after each use.
• Consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Staging and packaging of finished product for delivery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous maintenance and laborer experience desired but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of tool usage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Clear and precise communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to be trained in basic processes and equipment.
