General Production

About the role

Depending on assignment, team members may perform any of the following duties in the production of doors and windows:

• Operate small and large machines
• Work on door and window assembly lines
• Inspect all product for quality
• Machine products for hardware installation
• Prepare and handle materials
• Stage and package finished product for delivery
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
• Work overtime as needed to satisfy customer demands

Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• Proficient with hand tools (drills, staple guns, miter saw)
• Ability to read job tickets and job orders
• Attention to detail
• Open to cross-training

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally team-lift anything exceeding 50 pounds
• Standing for the duration of shifts
• Bending at times
