This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

• $18.50/hr
• Shift Differential for 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Compliance with all safety, food safety, and HR programs, policies, and regulations
• Ability to work around and with raw meat
• Ability to work in cold temperatures (33-36 degrees F)
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
• Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment
• Ability to rotate through various positions/tasks
• Lift/Handle raw and cooked meats
• Ensuring food safety and quality
• Cleanliness and housekeeping

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications

• Further processing experience (preferred)
• Meat Processing experience (preferred)
• Production experience (preferred)
• Work history in the last 12 months (preferred)
