New Accountabilities

• Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues
• Serving supporting roles in the processing of beef
• Using a knife or other tools
• Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing and boxing finished product
• Maintaining food safety and quality
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment

Required Qualifications

• Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Meat processing experience
• Production experience
• Knife experience
• Work history in the last 12 months
