Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce products according to specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform quality control checks on products as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and machinery.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
