About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Director for a busy occupational health clinic to lead clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise physicians and mid-level providers.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols.
• Manage performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight.
• Staff management and mentorship.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Valid, unrestricted medical license and board certification in a primary care specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine) or related field.
• Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting (e.g., Lead Physician, Assistant Medical Director), particularly in a busy environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
