About the role
Completes general activities on the production floor. Reser’s is the leading provider of fresh refrigerated deli salads, side dishes, and prepared foods for the supermarket, club store, and food service industries. Responsibilities
- Assists with production, preparation, and storage of company products.
- Places boxed products on a pallet.
- Maintains housekeeping of the production plant and warehouse.
- Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Requirements
- Must be able to follow directions.
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated food manufacturing plant environment that may be wet or dry, with temperatures ranging from 25°F to 110°F.
- Capable of repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 35 lbs.
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Pay
$17.15 – $19.04 Hourly/Non-Exempt
Schedule
Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
