About the Role

As a Water Spider, you will be a crucial part of a manufacturing team, providing teammates with the tools and equipment they need. This detail-oriented, essential support role offers extensive knowledge of the manufacturing process from start to finish across all departments. Responsibilities

• Locate, pull, and provide specified materials, tools, and/or items as needed by Assemblers.
• Inspect all materials for flaws or other defects affecting quality.
• Devise improvements in the delivery and presentation of parts.
• Facilitate Safety/5s, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance improvement.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in locating and delivering material.
• Interpret drawings, work orders, and other production documents.
• Drive forklift as needed.

Requirements

• Shop course or equivalent experience is helpful.
• Forklift Certification is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Software and ERP system knowledge is desired.
• Possess organizational skills to prioritize and accomplish the continuity of work.
• Excellent communication skills.
