General Pediatrics- Full-Time- Experienced NP/PA

About the role

The Department 01450 HC Cartersville MOB 200 is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This position is full-time and benefits eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Missouri
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field
• Experience in pediatric primary care preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current best practices in pediatric care

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for pediatric care and a commitment to patient-centered care

Pay

Compensation is based on a base salary within the listed pay range, which may vary based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training. Additional premium pay and incentive opportunities are available.

Varies, but typically includes standard daytime hours.
