General Otolaryngologist - Suffolk County
About the role
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of experts in the field of otolaryngology, contributing to a growing network of ambulatory facilities and hospital campuses. They will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care within a nationally recognized, top-quality, patient-centered network.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement innovative treatment plans
- Contribute to the growth and development of the ear, nose, and throat specialty in the Long Island community
- Participate in in-patient rounding as needed
Requirements
- Licensed, board-eligible or board-certified otolaryngologist
- Comfortable providing excellent care in a collaborative environment
- Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills reflective of a top-ranked healthcare system
- Lives in Suffolk County
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited residency program in otolaryngology
- Current license to practice medicine in New York State
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong clinical skills and problem-solving abilities
Pay
$400k-$500k for full-time employment, with actual salary determined based on experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
Schedule
Full-time position with some in-patient rounding required.
