About the role
We are hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) with experience working with children and adolescents. Opportunities include W2 full-time and part-time positions, 1099 contract roles, and virtual and in-person locations across Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric mental health nursing care to children and adolescents
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in weekly clinical consultations
- Support patients and families with school advocacy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, or New Jersey
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health
- ACNM certification or eligible for ACNM certification
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric mental health
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Experience with telehealth and virtual care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
