Job Duties
- Read work orders and instructions to determine material requirements and product specifications.
- Load and unload all parts on jigs while the line is running.
- Monitor schedule to ensure correct parts are loaded.
- Wipe down and prepare parts to be painted.
- Check for quality defects, remove all bad parts, and document.
- Ensure parts are set up correctly to be painted.
- Remove painted parts off the line and place in crates.
- Pick parts to be scanned and labeled.
- Scan parts and enter into computer system.
- Accurately pack and label boxes for shipping.
- Record operational or production data.
- Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
- Clean production equipment and work areas.
Requirements
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to create alternative solutions to problems.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout shift.
- Overtime may be required.
