General Merchandise Team Associate

About the role

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

Location: Walmart Supercenter #4678, 180 N 3400 W, Hurricane, UT 84737, US

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the salesfloor and offer assistance.
• Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
• Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays, keeping them in proper order throughout the day.
• Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.

Pay

Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour (will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
