General Merchandise Team Associate

Duties

Greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs.

Maintain and ensure proper order of Hobbies & Home Improvement displays throughout the day.

May be required to perform tasks such as paint mixing and fabric cutting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Basic computer skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods

• Knowledge of merchandise categories (Hobbies & Home Improvement)

Pay

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.

Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. Location: Walmart Supercenter #2874, 200 Dutch Meadows Ln, Glenville, NY, 12302, US.
