General Merchandise Team Associate

Located at Walmart Supercenter #1866, 615 WILTON RD, FARMINGTON, ME, 04938, US, this full‑time position involves general merchandise associate duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the salesfloor and offer assistance.
• Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
• Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays, keeping them in proper order throughout the day.
• Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.

Pay

Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Schedule

Employment type: Full‑time.

Available shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing.
