General Merchandise Team Associate

Location: Walmart Supercenter #1281, 2151 E Main St, Spartanburg, SC 29307, US

Pay

Hourly wage: $14.50 – $27.50 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.

Additional compensation includes:

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance
• Recommend merchandise based on customer needs
• Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure proper order throughout the day
• Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required
