General Merchandise Team Associate
Location: Walmart Supercenter #5944, 934 Route 73, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054
Pay
Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Schedule
Employment type: Full-time. Available shifts: Mid-shift, closing.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the salesfloor and offer assistance.
- Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure they are in proper order throughout the day.
- Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.
