General Merchandise Team Associate
Pay
Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Schedule
Part-time; available shifts include mid-shift and closing.
About the role
General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure they remain orderly throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
