About the role

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

Pay

Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

Schedule

Full-time. Available shifts: Opening, Morning.
