Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays.

Additional Compensation

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
• Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed

Pay
