General Merchandise Team Associate

Location: Walmart Supercenter #5891, 2200 Wheatsheaf Ln, Philadelphia, PA 19137, US

Pay

Hourly wage: $17–$30 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

Schedule

• Employment type: Part-time
• Available shifts: Mid-shift, Closing

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance
• Recommend merchandise based on customer needs
• Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure they are in proper order
• Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required
