Pay
- Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay: $0.35 - $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply)
About the role
General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure they are in proper order throughout the day. Tasks may include paint mixing and fabric cutting.
