Job Overview
General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- Offer customers assistance and recommend merchandise based on their wants and needs
- Ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day
- Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required
Pay
- Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met)
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing
